Kimber Stainless 2 New Pachmayr grips Before/After

Nothing tricky here, just a simple head to head comparison of the 2 very different looks.

For 31.00 I could not be happier. Even better than the looks is the ways it feels. It's quite a thing, it feels positive and more solidly part of my hand. The tool/hand interface is way increased and it was a huge improvement in control , well for me anyway.

45. and I was surprised to find them at Wholesale sports. All they had forever was a bunch of old, out of date revolver grips. I looked and these were there.

Tried to order from Brownell's , got that export regs thing, so no deal there.

Very nice. I'm not the biggest fan of finger grooved grips, but considering the Kimber doesn't have front grip checkering (which I'm a HUGE fan of) those Packmayrs are brilliant.

I'm so obsessed with the new Ruger that I actually thought the pics were the new Ruger! Not sure how I missed the fact that it says KIMBER in big letters on the side...

Very nice! And I really like the Pachmayr grips.

I like Pachmayrs, but the flat sided ones [no thumb swells] without the finger grooves on the front strap.

Actually they are, at least a few of them. I got one from P&D Enterprises about a month ago. Don't know how many they got in or if they have any left. I pre-ordered mine & only had to wait a few weeks before it showed up.
