Kinda a oddball. Walther Mod.1 22 bolt action semi

Hey all,

My Dad recently bought a kinda odd walther .22

It's a bolt/semi. Looks to be in really in condition.


Looking around the web there doesn't seem to be any info, the info I could find says it was built in the 30's.

His gun has a peep sight which fits in a slot in the rear of the receiver.

I'll post picts later today if I have the time.

Be careful with the ammo you use in semi auto mode, it's not designed for modern HV ammo. Look for standard or a lower velocity round.

If you use HV you can snap the ball off the bolt handle.

Then you will be sad.
