Do the extensions use the factory spring? how easy is the install for them as well as the saddles? (my credit card is standing by)

Saddles, under 5 minutes...+1, you can usually use the existing spring. A +2 would need a new spring.

Anything for the OPTIMA? Or just the Escort versions

These fit both the optima and the escort models.

The extensions? SJ Hardware said that the threading is different on the Optima and Escort versions of the MPA

It's the same thread pattern, just more threads between the two models. We worked with the manufacture to make a product that fits both models. Maybe they have the old version in stock.
