Kingston Fall Match

I haven't seen anything on the ORA site yet, but does anyone have any details on this year's match?

The ORA calendar for September 15/16 is clear except for a practice at Kingston on the 16th. Originally the Kingston match was set for the 15/16 of September, but checking the ORA calendar again, the Kingston Fall match is scheduled for the 29/30 of September. Also, I received an email from the match director confirming these dates.

Kingston ORA Fall Match is Sept 29 and 30th at the Berryfield Range on CFB Kingston



The event is as follows



Sat AM

300 yards 2 and 10

300 yards 2 and 15

Sat PM

500 yards 2 and 10

500 yards 2 and 15



Sun AM

600 yards 2 and 10

600 yards 2 and 15

Sat PM

600 yards 2 and 10

600 yards 2 and 15



Cost of the match is $80.00 for both days and $50 for one day

It's a TR match that allows F Class to shoot along side

6.5 hour trip each way not including traffic, and 1100 km round trip. Not my idea of a fun weekend. But you never know where I will turn up.

Fall Palma and Mons Club Championship are in Oct on the 7th and 13th.

The events are on the ORA web page, but here is a quick run down on the course of fire for both matches.

Fall Palma.
2 sighters and 15 on score at 800 yards ***Extra sighters are usually allowed for the first range at 800 yards. 2 sighters and 15 on score at 900 yards and 2 and 15 at 1000 yards. HPS 450.45V

Mons Club Championship.
2&15 @1000 yards 3 times.

I am not sure of the target faces but would imagine they will be LR DCRA targets, and the F Class face for the F Class. HPS 450.45V
