well, I'll agree they may have something in the looks department, but I don't see how it's possible to produce a rifle much cheaper then NEF/H&R and maintain and semblance of quality! :eek:

Mr. Friendly...The Encore is made by Thompson Center....The NEF/H&R is now made by Remington I believe or owned by Remington...:)
