I have large hands so small diameter rails don't really give me any benefit other than weight savings I guess. Key mod is in vogue right now, so I guess it has that going for it (if being in vogue is your bag)...
The Keymod system is amazing. Lighter and more minimal than the Troy rails and I don't have to put picatiny inserts on it to add grips and mounts. Now that Noveske, KAC and a few other big boys are adopting it, we'll just see more accessories soon for it.
I really want a URX 4 for for my SR15, if anything, for the low profile. Key mod seems to be the new standard with more and more companies getting on board. Noveske, Vltor, KAC, PWS, Accuracy International, and much more, I'm sure.
It's nigh impossible to put a standard taper pin gas low profile block on the URX4.
So you need to either use a set screw - or a single pin block (or a combination set screw that was single pinned).
I like the feel of the URX4, however I am also a fan of fixed rails where I like my light, and bipod if applicable.
I went with a URX4 on my .300BK gun, mainly to run the can under the rail system, all my other guns have URX3.1 on them.
