Knoxx Axiom Stocks For Wby Vanguards

I noticed on your site that you have some Vanguards with Axiom stocks. Are these stocks the V/S model or the U/L model? Can you get them in long action or only the short action? Can you get the V/S stock by itself or does it have to come on an assembled rifle? If you can get, how much?
