Knoxx spec ops stock

ok, so if i were to use this stock with the mossberg 18.5" barrel 500 series shotgun which comes equipped with the pistol grip style stock, would this still be considered non restricted?
ive read the laws and done some searching but i hate how this canadian gun law is describing the rules.

is the knoxx spec ops stock considered telescoping since its adjustable? Are tools required to adjust it for custom fit for each person?

please enlighten me on this situation.

It would still be non-restricted as long as the OAL is greater than 26". It should be, by at least 3-4 inches.

Also, the spec-ops is adjustable, exactly like an AR adjustable stock. No tools required!

I just measured my marine magnum and with the stock collapsed all the way.The OAL of the shotgun is 37". Mine has an 18.5" barrel on it.

Oh yeah - I was thinking you still wanted a pistol grip (no stock). That would still be non-restricted, but it will DEFINATELY be NR with the Knoxx.
