Konus Spotting Scopes

Anyone out there have one ? I have been reading that the 20 x 60x 80mm is a very good scope for the money and comparable optics out to 500 yds with a kowa for 1/3 the price. I see some sellers on ebay will ship to Canada and they offer a 100mm model for 329.00 USD

I do not own one personally but a friend of mine has the 20 x 60x 80mm. It is a very good scope for the money and almost as clear as my Kowa TSN-1. IIRC he bought it at either Champions Choice or Champions Shooter Supply while at Camp Perry. Both of these places will ship to Canada, but make sure you ask them to ship it USPS to avoid getting raped by UPS.

I have the 20 x 60 x 80 and like it well enough for the money.
Like anything that big, needs a stout tripod.

The Konus spot 80 is an excellent buy.Very clear optics and like it was said befor 1/3 the cost of a lot of others.
