kootenays 4-33 hunt areas?

Myself and 2 freinds have LEH Whitetail for MU 4-33 (BC), but I cannot see any access points other than the Gallena ferry. I Explored some roads through revelstoke but all were deactivated or have signs saying they will be deactivated this month.

We usaually walk clearings, road hunt, stand hunt. I would like to explore the area before we set up a "real" hunt.

Has anyone hunted this area ?

Any info is appreciated.

Not much access from the Galena Ferry. The old road from Beaton to Camborne is washed out. No chance of even getting a quad through.
Go south from Revelstoke, on the east side of the river. Quite a lot of logged off areas and trails, as well as camsites on the main road south.

If you have a boat, it could be worth checking out for deer, while drifting quietly along the shorlines of 4-33 ?

Thanks for the replies. H4831 I checked out the roads south of Revelstoke but the main road peters out along Arrow lake. Another road that heads east from the main was to be deactivated Sept 22. Have you tried any other ways in? Unfortunately I left my map book in my freinds truck or I would be more descriptive.
