I don't think it can get any better than that.
A couple months ago, I bought a VX3 LR and I needed replacement turrets caps + a side focus knob.
They sent me brand new ones for free.
Then this spring, I bought an older gloss Benchrest series 24X fixed scope.
Before buying it, I wanted to be sure it was Canadian serviceable.
I had an answer within a couple of days.
When I received the scope, it was near mint condition but the outside glasses were very dirty/dusty.
I wrote to Korth and asked them if I can send them the scope for cleaning.
Someone answered me that I could buy a lens pen and do it myself or I can send them the scope and pay the return shipping.
It was quite dirty and I decided to send them the scope.
It took 3 weeks.
They not only did a cleaning, they also did a mechanical inspection and sent me the dated report from the technician.
It was 100% condition.
It was 100% free, even the return shipping was free.
So... for around 15$ ( what it cost me to send it there ) my scope is clean like it was new and I'm sure it is in 100% working condition.
But that doesn't end there. When I bought the scope I had no original box so I made one to ship it.
They returned the scope in an original Leupold box and they put in in another box just to be sure it was not damaged.
Can't be more happy !
