A little bit blurry, but from left to rift I see a Tula star, then dunno, then OTK where O encircles combined T and K (means department of quality assurance). Sorry, but no mistery here so far. You should be glad you got 1940 Podolsk, isn't it good enough for you and you're looking for some mysterious markings?
