Kowa 55 and 60mm compact spotters

Hello all, just wondering if anyone on here has hands on experience with the Kowa 55 or 60mm compact spotting scopes, looking to change some gear for next season and thinking one of these might be the ticket.

If my TSN-820 is any indication, the 55 and 60 should be great.

Nothing wrong with Kowa.
- What are you using now?
- What are you wanting to achieve/improve?


In the same price/size range, the Fieldscope 50mm ED is pretty much the "reference" when it comes to compact size spotting scope.

While not in the same class, I've been happy with my Celestron Hummingbird 7-22x50mm.

- It literally fits in a pocket
- Pretty good image quality, the zoom that comes with it not bad, up to about 20x.
- It takes 1.25'' astro eyepiece.
