Looking at these to replace my 10x Nikon. Lighter and larger field of view.
Reviews on birding sites claim good/excellent for the price point and actually 6x in power.
Can’t compare binoculars side x side to any make as our small town only has a Canadian Tire and Wal Mart.

Any hands on experience and recommendations from hunters?

Thanks
Bob

I am a big fan of 6x binoculars and find them very easy to use in the field. Less apparent ‘tremors’ and usually lighter and a much better FOV

I have a pair. Bought them a year of two ago for bow hunting. I felt like my Geovids were too big for bow hunting. Very well built. Glass is very good and extreme FOV. Focus knob is solid.

Thanks for the reply. I to am waiting to hear back from Pelee. Pelee price match and Brandon Optics lists a lower price.
The kowa 6.5x30 are made in China but have the regular warrantee.
I also asked for a price on Ite Lynx HD 8x30 as when I asked where the Kowa are made they came back with a comment that many customers who ask that question end up buying the Kite Petrel II 8x42 made in Japan. We want smaller bino’s for canoeing and hikng as well as hunting so that is why I asked about the Lynx 8x30 and waiting to hear pricing before we buy.
