KRAL Shotgun misfires

I bought a KRAL pump shotgun from Marstar a few months back, but wasn't able to take it out to shoot until after at least 30 days. When I took it to the range it was misfiring about 60% of the time using various types of ammunition. There would be inconsitent dents in the primer; some deep, and some shallow, and some that looked like they were barely hitting. I figured that somehow the firing pin was broken (dispite my religious use of snapcaps, and avoidance of dry firing).

I brought it home and took it apart. The firing pin seemed fine, so I cleaned the #### out of it, flushed the reciever with a solvent, then oiled it up nice. Took it back to the range a few days later and was still having the same problem. Disappointed yet again, I brought it home and took it apart once more. I noticed this time that the firing pin spring seemed to be grinding a little on something inside the bolt assembly, maybe the latch on the top of the bolt that keeps the action from cycling after pumping.

Does anyone have experience with something like this? Any input would be appreciated.

I'm not a gunsmith by any means... I hope that my explaination of the problem made sense.
