Personal experience with them. The first two phone calls to Corlanes was good, then once they had my business it was a whole different story.. The guy who had taken my order refused to talk to me and I kept being put through a guy who was full of everything but answers. I had to go to Tom Manners himself (Manners Stocks) to track my order and get idea of pricing. In the end, I knew I would pay exchange and mark up, they charged me over twice the American price. I paid over $2300 for a non folding stock, originally told by Corlanes it would be approximately $1500. I could have refused to pay but after 8 months of fighting, I still needed a stock for my build
