Krinker Plinker -- Adjusting Sights (Elevation)

I am lovin' my Krinker!

One issue -- What is the approriate/best way to adjust the point of impact vertically? (My Krinker shoots low by maybe 6" at 20 yards).

The Krinker web sit describes the rear sight as "fully adjustable".

But looking at the rear sight;

I think they are referring only to windage, right? -- Elevation adjustments can be made only with the FRONT (post) sight, correct?

This leads up to my main question(s):

1a) Can somebody provide me a weblink to a tool that I can buy to adjust this front sight for elevation?

1b) Or, is this front-sight adjustment something that I can do with regular workshop tools?... If so, could you provide me a weblink to instructions for making this adjustment?

you can use a bullet tip to move the front sight, moving it counterclockwise shoult be up and the other way down

I sorry i'm going to be off topic, but where did get your krinker plinker? Can you get them preassembled or do have to buy separately gun / plinker?
Also if need to buy a 10/22 what kind do you need, one with tubar mag or clip? Thanks
