Krinker Plinker conversion kit?

Been looking up a conversion kit for the .22 I am very interested in to compete with my buddies tricked out SR .22 and I was thinking the Krinker plinker. How easy is it to get one of these things over here? Could I get it with the conversion kit already on?

Look for a used one in the EE, that will be your only option. You won't be able to buy it straight from the manufacturer. And the Canadian dealer who used to sell them doesn't anymore, or at least not right now.
