Ok so i am thinking of buying a kriss carbine in the nr version. I would like to know if anyone has one and if they like it and so on. I have watched lots of reviews done by pros and owners. Seems to be a reliable and well made rifle. I just dont like the price as it is kind of redic for a pistol carbine but i think it would be a great plinker and coyote/racoon/porcupine gun around my parents farm. And $20 to $30 for 50 rounds of 45 seems good to me.

I have a restricted one, cool little gun,fun to shoot and gets lots of attention at the range,I have fed it all kinds of ammo even Norc ammo and no issues.

I had one, then decided it wasn't really what I wanted and sold it, then sorely regretted it and bought anther one. Should be here tomorrow. They are very cool, extremely functional (it's not all about how it looks, it looks that way for a reason) and they are surprisingly accurate. The 45acp round is slow but packs a serious punch so I'm sure it would do fine with small game inside 100 yards. It's also quite light... Which is nice. Plus, you can carry 10 rounds and the mags dont take up much space. I fed mine everything I could get my hands on and it ate it all up without any issues.
There are some really good deals on the black rifle EE right now.

Super Cool Gun!

Fun to shoot, and as previously stated - lots of interest at the range.

'Going to Vegas at the end of the month, gonna try out the FA version, ohhhhh .......

I had one from the first shipment into Canada; total disappointment. Feeding issues with everything I fed it, grouped like a shotgun, poi would change from day to day shooting indoors in a controlled environment, trigger was so bad I got in the habit of using two fingers at once. It was a real shame because it is a really neat platform.

Love my NR, it runs great and I can hit 10" steel with my XPS2.0 at 25yds all the day. No complaints and definitely has the handy factor for varmints (had a string of skunks at the brothers in the evening and this takes care of them).

Interesting firearm overall.

Overengineered in general, especially for Canadian use as a semi automatic PCC.

Very cool for what it is though, and in my experience, it is reliable provided you use quality full power ammunition through it. Price is better than you would expect for a newly designed firearm using modern engineering to help combat FA recoil.

Overall, go for it if you have the desire and 2k to spare, you can't go too wrong. If you don't like it, you will get your money back very fast selling it.
