Kriss Super V Barrel Change

So I have been toying around with the idea of get a Kriss super v. I just can't figure out if I should go Restricted or NR. Would it be possible (ie can do at home somewhat quickly with no specialized tools) to change between the restricted and non restricted barrels? If so any suggestions on the base gun to use (NR or R).

The barrel is pressed in. It is not an easy task to change it. While im sure there are some who could, most would definitely require a gun smith to do it right.

It is not that easy to flip back and forth between classification of a firearm.
