Kriss Vector Gen II Headache

I have a Gen II in .45. It's NR. I have shot it a lot and never had anything close to a headache while shooting it. You shot yours, got a headache and so sold it the same day. Factory ammo? Could it be that you coincidentally got a headache that day and attributed it to the gun? Seems like a quick decision to sell it the same day. I would definitely try it again. My sister shoots the 9mm Vector and loves hers as well. The only headache for her is if she runs out of ammo for it.

Lol, yes running out of ammo would be a headache! Maybe I should try it again - I didn't have a headache before shooting, and definitely felt the gun to have jarring recoil. Maybe it's worth another try...

Kriss vector felt recoil is different from the traditional semi auto rifles.

I like the recoil from the Kriss better and I never had headache while shooting it.

That's strange. Are you absolutely sure you had your shoulder into it and a good grip on the gun?

I had a gen 1 .45 that had very minimal felt recoil (as it should). I used to joke that all the recoil impulse of the gun went into flinging the casings at mach 10000000000000. I swear those shells were moving faster than the .45's were sometimes

Yeah, I did have hearing protection. I have been shooting for years, different weapons including ar15s, bolt guns, a range of 9mm carbines, shotguns, etc, and I've never seen anything like this.

Anyways, for those who gave advice instead of judgement, thanks.

i once had a headache at the same time i was getting a blowjob
i right then and there decided never again will i get any of this blowjob nonsense

cimcumstance
correlation
causation

all 3 very different things, this is good advice

I have a Gen 2.5 in 9mm. Should be close to what the OP has. No headaches here either.
Any chance a different optic might change your cheek weld?
