The NR one i bought in 45 ACP is actually quite precise over the picnic table mounted with a red dot at 50m, i was grouping 3 inch.

100 rounds, no issues, no recoil.

It's like a big 22 LR.

I've always wondered what was the actual 'firearm' part in these things.. the upper, or lower?

I soo want one in white/9mm.. ideally in NR length, but it looks a bit ridiculous with that elongated fake can (it's a nice attempt though, don't get me wrong).

Yes it is actually the Lower that has the serial. Kriss does sell multiple lowers.
