Just curious if anybody has used non-fusion paint on top of krylon with any success. Laid down a base coat on the wife's Tikka last night and now she wants to hand paint a pattern on it. I was thinking enamel model paint (testors) would do the trick. I plan to follow this up with a good coat of matte clear.
With the clear, anybody have a preferred paint to go on top of the fusion, i didn't see any "fusion" branded stuff at the paint store, and it would be a real kick in the ass if she went through hours of hand painting only to have a clear coat eat it.
