Ks arms action threads cut?

Hello, I have a KS ARMS wolverine 2 lug action and I wanted to know if the threads are cut on purpose or if this is perhaps an issue? The coating in the left lug raceway is also coming off near the bottom where this cut intersects the top of the lug abutment.

Not an issue just the broach marks from cutting the raceways

Top has it too, think it's just grease/dirty
