KSG Failure to Eject and Double Feed?

Anyone else?

Received a KSG off CGN recently. I took it to the farm to test fire a bit and had 3 FTE and Double Feed problems in the first 2 magazines. A pain in the ass to clear, and I'm pretty disappointed. I'm far from smithy and too honest to try to pass it off onto someone else. My co-worker has had the same feed issue with his, racking without firing.
He said that Keltec may need proof of purchase from original dealer before accepting his for repair? I'm also concerned about potential over-border return/repair/customs issues. Anyone with experience or info about this would be great.

It definitely made me appreciate the simplicity of my Remingtons.
 
Same ammo with all the problems? High brass quality or low brass?

I just got mine in the last shipment and first tried her out with federal target and had lots of FTE. I tried ruining some federal 00 buck and slugs and got threw 30 round with out a stoppage. I have picked some brass target loads and I am going to try that next.
 
my ksg runs flawless with the 500 rounds of very cheap walmart ammo i think its low brass federal and winchester stuff
 
Brought mine out last weekend and let several people try it shooting skeet - which btw was awesome. Was using winchester 7 1/2 AA loads. Only one fail to feed that was user induced. Shooter did not fully cycle the action. Aside from that one time, no issues. Whatsoever.
 
I had the same problem with mine, when I used federal target loads, it ran flawlessy with brass slugs and 00 buck. So I was thinking it was the Al on the federal cases.
