when it is working the right way for the customer it has to be said as well.

i sent the 15 of march 2021 4 scopes for a retrofit on reticle and or some inspection and i received the 4 scopes with new reticles in better shape than i thought.

one 1.5-5x20 vari x III the body was in so bad shape that it needed a new one and as they had none in stock they sent me a brand new VX3i with the the reticle 4 on it.

2 scopes needed new lenses, new orings, erector springs and new gasses and all within a month door to door.

to be sincere i wanted just some reticles change here but i found out one scope purchased on ee (and used as a loaner for a bison hunting by some friends) was in worst shape than described, one brand new had already some issues and certainly while changing the reticle a little check up was due for the 2 extra ones.

but few years i got 3 scopes that failed beause of the sled bouncing and leupold usa fixed them seems korth is doing the same and im glad and always good to report a very good experience.

now i put every in QD and they do not travel with the rifle just in case. lesson learnt.
 
I sent a scope for a couple issues, they received it March 23rd. No news yet.
Hope I will receive it shortly, it was my Varmint scope and those critters are showing up right now haha.
