Kudos to Matt. Do we have gunsmiths like Kenny over here in Canada? Don't think so.

Kenny does some pretty decent builds all right & seems to be capable of working on all the 700 foot print actions.
I'm fortunate in that I have access to a smith who can produce work like that - Only problem is that he is 4 states and 3,600KM from me and freight costs and red tape associated with the transport of firearms add considerably to the cost of any builds he does for me - Not near as complicated as trying to get a Rim X build out of the US - My TSCustoms/Primal Rights build left South Dakota last August but I don't think it has cleared US Export Control yet!

Actually we do have many smiths in Canada capable comparable builds .
Building rifles is not magic it’s science/ math the difference between a good smith and a great smith is in the care which is taken in the process.

Ive seen this guys videos and hope to meet him at stitsville range when I start the sport. see if he is actually good shooter or just makes enjoyable videos..

I have watched Matt since he first started and through dedication, hard work and lots of practice. He has become one of the finest rifleman your most likely to meet. Not to mention he is also a super nice fellow who will help anyone. Great ambassador to the sport. As far as a good shooter, well lets just say that he wins most matches and its not luck. Hes a right handed shooter and in an ORPS match he shot the match left handed and won the production division. Hes got it goin on!!

Great to hear. I want to watch how he shoots in person and pick his brain about lots of stuff

You will learn lots in Stitsville at a match. There are many highly skilled shooters. Former captain of the British marksmanship team also shoots there. Another highly skilled competitor. Many matches have shooters cleaning the course. A miss will mean placing out of first and possibly second.
