Kudos to RCBS

I have a set of RCBS Reloader Special dies that must be 20yrs old, and the decapping pin broke and the end seized. Was going to trash them and buy a new set, but decided to contact RCBS to see if I could buy a replacement assembly. Well, got a email back saying they are sending me the replacement part, and have a great day. Wow, nice service!

have had stuff replaced feee by RCBS at least 10 tinmes in 20 years. awesome customer support.

Yes, indeed. Thanks for suggesting to contact them. Very impressed. So much so, I bought some dies for my .257Wby and a new case trimmer

I had a question so I contacted customer support and from my poor description, they thought the item was broken and were about to send me a replacement right then and there. I thought that was pretty darn good!
