Kwik Klip magazine length

I've been thinking of putting a Kwik klip conversion on my 280 Rem 700. My only concern is the magazine length, in other words what s the maximum cartridge length it can accommodate . If anyone has one they could measure I'd appreciate it.

3.340 coal ! I have several - in my 30-06 & 338-06 & 7 mm RM RJ

That's what I heard, unfortunately its a bit short for my main hunting load that my rifle likes. Thanks for the information.

What bullet you using with what coal ? Just wondering . It’s too short too for my 280 AI load too .RJ

Little bit off topic here but wondering what the magazine fit is like with one of these kwik clips ... as in is there any slop up/down or around in general? I like a nice snugl fitting magazine as on a Tikka T3 for example, but I have a 700 LA I've been contemplating kiting out with a kwik klip

They fit WELL ! Very little movement at all - I do have 5 tikkas so I know what you mean . RJ

I'm using a federal fusion 150 gr and it'd OAL is 3.475" so I'd need at least 3.5" length for the rounds to work.
