I am looking for linear compensators for my AR's, and choice has come down to this two...
KX3 Noveske and Levang...
and eventually Battlecomp.

Not interested in flash or recoil control, main reason is directing maximum amount of sound forward for shooter comfort.

Do you have any of the above noted compensators, how do you like them in comparison to each other?

Most importantly,

Who carries them in Canada?

Cheers,
Dan

Dan,

Have you looked at "The new Ferfrans CQB Modular Muzzle Brake System is a two part system consisting of the performance MUZZLE BRAKE MOUNT + CRD (Concussion Reduction Device) which features a built in quick attach/detach mechanism"? Another thread about this a few weeks ago... I love mine

I've seen the Pig being sold at CTRS and Questar but sold out. A guy had one of those Ferfrans CQB Modular Muzzle Brake System at the range on Saturday on an SBR. WOW! Pretty wild fireballs and they say if reduces concussion but it was DAMN loud standing 30feet away. Not gonna lie, it sounded DAMN cool... BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! I can see noise sensitive or precision shooters nearby getting annoyed by it.

I spoke to the guy (not sure if he's on CGN) but he said the Ferfrans brake was nice but the Troy Claymore linear brake had better control.

I have the pig on my AR and on my vz58 compact 7.5"
Works good on the AR. Directs sound down range.
Absolutely necessary on the vz58. Lol. It helps big time on directing the sound away from shooter and other shooters on the line.
I'd recommend it to anybody looking to direct the sound down range.
Sorry can't comment on the other one
