So I finally got the sig classic green rifle I was dreaming about for a while.
On my rifle came a rail system from Kyle precision but no info on how to adjust the rail etc.
The rail is a bit loose (wiggles a bit from front to back) is this normal ? Will it have an impact on accuracy.
How the hell do I tighten the rail system ?
Thanks

Be sure both of the small set screws on either side of the rail are loose. If the set screws are tight, you risk damaging the bolt. On the plus side, the rail material is much harder than the bolt so you won't wreck your rail and the bolts are easily replaced (dare I say free even?). Take a 5/16" wrench and back the bolt out so it is pushing against the rear sight housing. The bolt will interface with the divot in the rear site housing and push the rail forward on the dovetail, locking it up tight. Just snug it up by feel, you don't need to hammer on it much. Then simply tighten the side set screws down so that the large bolt is locked in place. They don't have to be really tight, just snug to keep the bolt from loosening. Try to apply equal torque on each set screw to prevent the site from moving to one side or the other.

The current packaging includes very basic care and installation instructions but a more detailed instruction sheet may be included with future item.
