May have a line on one with reportedly the proper scope. What would be the value of this firearm and what to look at when viewing it. Sight unseen right now but reported in very good condition

"...Mark 4..." That'd be No. 4 Mk I(T). Lots of fakes out there. They seem to be running a couple of grand or so these days. Couldn't find one on-line for a definitive Canadian price range. Condition, of course, is everything. Check the headspace.
Have a read of this. There's a 'How to spot a fake' dissertation at the bottom.

Take some good pics with closeups of all markings, the scope, etc etc and post em. Lots of expertise on here.

Just think of the hundreds probably rotting at the bottom of the ocean right now. They dumped S**t loads of ammo, rifles, ect into the Atlantic and Pacific in the 1960's. I imagine some of the ammo that are in ammo cans are still good, since they are sealed and all, (I would like to thinks so)

For a No4Mk.1(T) and No32 Scope, I just paid $600-. How's my performance, did I do OK? Can you hear me now, can you hear me now?
Shop around, there are deals out there but not on ePay, and not on most gun WTS sites because of the BIG DOLLAR FLIPPERS$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
But that's OK, maybe they lost their jobs.
