Seen some nice ones made from plastic covers for curtain rods, of all things. A fellow in Edmonton that ran an Airgun shop was selling them. He's long gone, but the idea lives on, eh.
It amounts to being a piece of slit plastic tube that will slide over the cylinder. The stuff I saw was black and maybe 15-20 thou thick (pretty thin). It was thin enough to cut with scissors, and a couple bucks buys a few feet of it at the home store.
Drop a post onto the Crosman Forum (Google that) and someone may be able to set you up with a factory one, if that is important to you.
