Looking at a Sako 75 Lefty in 7mm. Fired less than ten rounds (wood/blued) in like new condition. Not sure what the value of this rifle should be. FYI: This is a sale outside the GN's forum. Seller is looking for 1200. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't think the 75's were done in LH magnums. Only 25-06, 270, and 30-06. I would think it's a older model. Price wise, $1,100 is close to what most sell for given it is new condition and a lefty.

No Sako 75 or 85 in left hand magnums.

They did make a 75 left hand in 7x64, and $1200 would be a very good price for that rare bird.

Four years ago, I went looking for and after some searching eventually found a new lefty Sako 75 in .30-06. I paid $1,070 delivered, and I think that was a very good deal.

7mm what? The 75 came in a 7mm-08 and 7 x 64, but only 7 x 64 in left hand. Mind you, that doesn't mean a previous owner didn't rebarrel. If it is a 7 x 64, that will drop the value due to the cost and availability of the ammo. Moreso than it just being LH. Present company accepted, of course, but LH rifles are a hard sell.

I disagree, again. There is probably only a few LH 7x64 in Canada, pushing the price up. There are lots of lefties looking for good rifles, but little selection. For a handloader, ammo is cheap.
