L-N-L Shell plates

This is not a wtb add, but, I've been calling around in Canada for a #1 shell plate for a hornady L-N-L AP. So far, no luck. Does anybody know of a source?
Any help appreciated.

ps. Why do they include the shell plate on the packing list as qty. 1 when you have to purchase it. Not a big deal but shouldn't it say qty. 0? I understand they wouldn't have them in the package as there are so many options.

From what I've read, the new shellplates have a groove on the bottom to make way for their new ejector kick that sits below the shellplate on the ram itself. Not 100% sure though. If that is the case, the new shellplates will still work.
 
New design shell plates work in the 'old' LNL just fine... first hand experience.

Oh, just to add, taken from another forum where a guy got an official word from Hornady:

"....the older presses can be modified to the new design by replacing the subplate and (as the old ones are not compatible) replacing the shellholders. This is a factory modification that Hornady will do for $100, which price includes exchanging two shellholders. You can also exchange additional shellholders at the same time for $10 each....."

LNL shell plates

As mutch as I don't like sending my money south , you can have a look at ebay .ca . I noticed a few #1 plates for sale there . Having just recently orderered one from Hornady direct for $39.21 + exch. + shipp . you might get lucky and get a deal !!! Also projector plates also fit the LNL press .
 
I've been doing some more research and some guys have trouble using the #1 for 45ACP even though it is listed. They have a #45 which fits tighter. Either way neither are in stock at most places. I am going to have to go direct to the states as usual :(
