Agree with your thoughts here. On the other hand are most armoured vehicles protected on the outside via plating and glass? Not arguing but more curious.

This is what I'm shooting for
The kevlar will be almost 13 x20 inch it will be rated L3a and be semi ridged kevlar made in canada by MMD.
The rack is 109.99 and the kevlar insert is going to be $209.99

Buy the rack and the kevlar for $274.99.
Worried about it being classed as a fortified vehicle.
Will ship it with no tags on it .
Then is just a fiber reinforced Baker for you molle rack.
* that said standard canadian body armor regulation apply as far as sales go.
