Is there a internal pocket on these that you slip the armour in? Or does it attach to the Molle at the back? I'd still like to use the capability of the panel for IFAK, etc etc as well.
 
I wonder about using it for first aid supplies, or anything else that would be rendered useless if it was full of holes.

Considering in this application without the armour plate the stuff would still be shot, and so would you... is there really any merit to that concern?

Yep the Canada post calculator really hated this product
Last time we shipped on to van it came to 26$
