Lack of communication

I used to get outstanding service from Freedom Ventures, not the cheapest source for parts or guns, but service was always top notch, to the point of me not wanting to deal with anyone but you guys!

What has been happening lately? I have tried e-mail, phone calls, voice mail, I still have no idea what's going on with my order. I get it, you might be busy, but can someone write an e-mail back or return a call?

Sad to see service sliding...
 
We're here! - sorry - I lost Devon at the start of the month and I've got a new guy - but he's still getting up to speed.

I was away last week - just back now - so hopefully between the new guy (Ricky) and I - we'll be back up to speed soon.

Devon followed his heart and moved to Calgary at the start of this month.
His girlfriend moved there last summer.
It was a very sad day - he's been a great staff member for the last 6 years and I'll miss him dearly.
He remains a great friend and I wish him nothing but great success out west.

Ricky joined us in time to spend a week with Devon cross-training and is working out well.
He's just as customer-service focused as I, Devon or the company has been.
He just needs a little time to figure out where everything is in here and get our systems down pat.
 
Devon was a great customer oriented guy! Best I’ve seen in awhile, which is why I bought a couple pistols from Freedom.
Im going to miss bugging him with questions.. lol
Btw, ETA on the Combat Masters!?!

STI says some arriving in April, some in May, some in June.
They'll be distributed in order of the orders we received, to be fair.
(ie. I'm not taking one until everyone else gets one...)
