Lake City Ammo

Most american reloaders state the Lake city arsenal brass is the brass of choice for reloading , useing G.I. brass ..........some state the top military rifle matchs' were all shot with this stuff in the old days ........personally have some 300 cases in 5.56 and other than dropping one gr. for max loads find it second to none comeing from any military arsenal /factory ............

Have no idea how many rounds you have in this box........is it valuable to sell....I don't think so........If you have a rifle to shoot it and you can use the emptys to reload ...shootem and save the brass....

I have 5K of 5.56mm LC brass that I consider GOLD-its the best brass out there! Anything made by Lake City is top notch. There 7.62mm brass is excellent as well, many reloaders would buy assembled LC rounds-pull the bullets and insert Sierra MK and call it Mexican Match. Shoot it yourself or sell it, there will be a demand for it, its in the same class as Lapua and Norma as far as I am concerned.

As noted, you have to drop your powder charges a bit when reloading it as the brass is thicker than commercial stuff. But the brass lasts for a long time and is great stuff.

If I had to choose any brass in the world to work with, Lake City would be my first choice, however its hard to find up here! Cherish it or sell it for good money!
