Lakefield/Cooey rear sight elevator dimensions?

I need to make an elevator for the rear sight on my Lakefield single shot and I'm wondering if someone would be so kind as to help me out with some specs. All I really need is the height of the elevator at the lowest and highest notches. It's the standard rear sight on a lot of the Cooeys, Winchesters, Lakefields, Rangers, etc. Looks like this: https://www.gunpartscorp.com/Products/991930A.htm
