Lakefield Mk II striker not cocking

I was at the range the other day, and my Lakefield started misfiring. The striker rides the bolt forward. If I engage the safety and then close the bolt, it stays cocked, and disengaging the safety fires it.

Any ideas what it could be? Worn out spring? Worn sear?

The first thing I would check would be cleaning of course but the second thing would be the trigger pin. I have had an issue with a trigger pin being part way out. Not sure this appllies to the Lakefield as I have other makes.
