Lakefield/Mossberg Mk III

I do not have the instructions but the bolt comes out the rear of the action . Make sure the action is uncocked, remove the knurled nut at the rear, pull the bolt rearward until the cocking button slides to the right and out of the bolt. ,pull the trigger and the bolt should slide out. Clean the firing pin slot and lightly lube or not at all. Do not try to disassemble the bolt as it is pressed together. reassemble by sliding the bolt back in and placing the cocking button and replacing the nut,

Very much the same as Mossberg semis.

If the bolt comes out the front of the action...then you have what is called a "clean up gun"...when Mossberg took over, they used up the stock of left over parts from Winchester and the actions were much the same as the Cooeys. I did not know you had the solid action or I would have sent you the Cooey 64 schematics. Great little guns. I have a deluxe one that I refinished the stock in blonde.
