Laminated stock

Hello all!
I bought an unfinished laminated stock and I would like to know how and with what stuff I can make the finish on this stock??
Varnish, Linseed oil, etc.....

Tru-oil will work fine, you can find a stock finishing kit from Birchwood Casey, everything you need including instructions, should cost you less than $30

I purchased the kit to refinish my factory laminate stock because I did some reshaping on it.

It turned out really well, matches up exactly with the factory finish.
