Trying to find some online isn't easy.
Isn't there land for sale for taxes etc?

There's lots on MLS. Here's a search of the area. I can't believe how cheap land is out there
This one's practically free - 200ac for less than a residential lot around here. go a little further out - there's one with a cabin & 100+ac for under $100k.

Last summer I bought a place in a decent town way up north for $24, thou CAD.
Thousands of acres of crown land everywhere, decent marina just down the road..
I couldn't be happier.
Bear, deer, moose, small game, and did I mention fishing?....

Should be lots of land. I use to get the Dignam catalogue until the harsh truth set in, I can't afford land.

Dignam's bought a completely landlocked lot near my families property. Township bylaws also don't allow for the clearing and construction of new roads on the road allowances either. Not sure how' they're gonna market that one.

Dam, I got 98 acres 2 minutes north on highway 121 just out of Kinmount.
askin 170,000. got a small house aprox 900 sqaure feet but is condemed we use it as a hunting shack. property back onto the ski-doo trail too.

any luck selling your land yet?

I usually check out kijiji,craigslist,and buy and sell on a daily basis for land.Not that I can afford more right now....but its nice to window shop.
