load development

Anyone do any load development yet? Just recieved mine today, wondering how much I should back off from the load I am using now which is 45.3 grains H4831SC. What do you guys think?

I think that you might want to tell us which bullet you are using if you want advice on your load.
 
Load development

Sorry my bad using 139 lapuas with winchester 243 brass. I think according to my comeups and JBM I'm at about 2850 fps.
