If I put the primer on this case ,do I need to put some seal around the edge of the primer ?

If you are not planing to take it into the conditions where there are exposed to a lot of moisture, you do not need to.
For example as far as I know none of the F-class guys use sealant and most of them are using Lapua Palma brass for 308 setups.
