I've had a (very) quick look at the specs, and other than price, what differentiates the different lines? It all seems like 40gr standard velocity ammo.
 
I know one has a slightly larger diameter bullet. Another is for cold weather.
Don't know specifically about Lapua but some one said that the cheaper trainer or club cartridges are made on the older machines.
I've also heard that the lots or runs that test best, end up as the higher priced ammo. In Eley, there are a couple of nose types used in the high end ammo. The higher end ammo has the speed marked on it, at least in Eley.
