Yes, though you'll only be able to fit 9 rounds in unless you file the posts of the followers down a bit. The consensus seems to be that 3-5mm off will allow you to load 10.5 rounds (enough to load on a closed bolt) with the Magpul base plates. In terms of the best price, probably Brownells.

That price is decent, I think I paid around $25 a few months ago. They are great, especially handy for pulling LAR mags out of kydex pouches on a belt.
