Anybody else have feed problems with their LAR-15 magazines? I recently bought 4, and when extracting the second last round, the last round pops up out of the magazine and jams the gun up. Do I need to bend my feed lips in?

rounded of the front of mine with a file and sandpapered edges went from jam everytime to never jam..

but sounds like your problem is a little different

Rounded where the tip if a bullet hits? Like how the pmags are? Because I've noticed that as a bit of a problem area too, the lip of the case neck can snag on the front of the mag

Yep, and that curved bit at the front of the feed lips... that can snag the rim and 'pop' the last one up. A couple minutes with a Dremel and a small sanding drum smoothed mine out nicely.

I had that problem on 1 of my pistol mags too. I noticed the lips were slightly further apart which caused a round to pop out as the bolt carrier came back over it, so I put it in a vice and slowly squished it a little.
Problem solved.
Also, could be a follower issue. I'm going to order all new followers for mine once I figure out how many I need..I've got a few more mags on the way then ill do a count.

I'm going to smooth out the edges on mine this week...they are all very rough.

Just performed a similar fix on a couple of mine. This was driving me CRAZY. They ran fine after modification, but I only ran 80 rounds or so through them. We will see how they are in the long run. I went from a 10-20% failure rate to zero last time out.

We'll see though. Drives me crazy that I have to tweak mags to make them functional.
