It differs mag to mag. Some will comfortably seat on a closed bolt, some definitely will not. I got a few that I returned because they held 11 and 12 rounds.

I ordered 7 about a month ago. All 7 held 10 rounds. Others in the same batch held more than 10 per a thread on here.
